Mobility India is a non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of people with disabilities as well as people who are impoverished through relevant and comprehensive community programs. Among their many programmes, Jiv Daya works with their Rehabilitation Services Program, which provides a wide range of affordable and high quality prosthetic and orthotic mobility devices for patients. Mobility India puts an emphasis on serving all people, regardless of caste, creed, or ability to pay. Mobility India not only offers prosthetics and orthotics, but also physio and occupational therapy and wheelchair service provision. We currently have one amputee assistance project at this site.

JDF's amputee assistance project with Mobility India began in 2011, with support from local champion Dr. Soikat Ghosh, Assistant Director of Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Therapy Services at Mobility India. We currently support one prosthetist and orthotist technician cum social worker and one data manager.
