Located in Juhu, R.N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital began in 1969 as a maternity hospital and was converted the following year into a full hospital. Cooper Hospital completed a major renovation in 2013 and now has 940 teaching beds. The renovated hospital incorporates infection control into its design, particularly preventing the spread of tuberculosis.

The maternal health project at R.N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital began in 2017. The local champion is Dr. Siddesh Iyer, an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. We currently support one counselor.
